He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Bradshaw and Thomas Bradshaw; and his siblings, Shirley Vann, Ernie and Dolphus Bradshaw.

He is survived by: his wife Lou Dean Bradshaw; his sons, Ernie Bradshaw (Misty) and Tony Bradshaw (Janet); and his brother Eddie Bradshaw (Sharon).
