She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Ward and Sue Ward. She is survived by: her husband Martin "Possum" Portwood; her children, John "Tony" Baker of Oak Ridge and Brandy Beard (Jason) of Wartburg; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jaxson Baker, Madilynn Reynolds, Joelee and Morgan Beard; and her brothers, Richard (Wanda), Curtis (Sally) and Kevin Ward (Fran).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Premier Sharp Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
