He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathy Turnbill Prater and Charles Prater. He is survived by: his daughters, Casey Lynn Prater, Mia Prater, Hope Green, Pamela Bunch and Becky Seeber; and his sisters, Deb Seiber and Faynette Moore.
