He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hobbs and Gladys Hobbs; his wife Barbara Hobbs; and his brother Bob Hobbs. He is survived by: his children, Enola Gay Santana (Isaac) and Billy Jr. Hobbs (Sara); his grandchildren, Anthony and Samantha; his pet Slim; his sister Pat Parker; his sister-in-law Shirley Bunch; and his close friend Eddie White. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
