He was predeceased by: his father Joe Ollie Watson; his wife Glenda Watson; his sister Kathy Smith; and his grandson Isaiah Paxton. He is survived by: his mother Annie Ruth Ghee Watson of Fayetteville; his daughters, Devan Wahlmeier (Joshua) of Fayetteville and Ashley May of Fayetteville; his sister Carolyn McFerrin of Atlanta; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Peyton, Matthew, Aaliyah and Joshua Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
