He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Amy and Steven; his daughter-in-law Jamie; his granddaughters, Atley Grace, Ava Claire and Amelia Jean; his siblings, Terry Tudor and Cathy Tudor Forester; his niece Hayley Forester; his cousins, Peggie Wells, Martha Waid Nichols and Beth Bell Arnold (David); and his granddaughter Pops.
