She was predeceased by: her mother Martha "Marty" Mae Dyer Peary. She is survived by: her father Rudolpho Diez Perez of Mississippi; her son J. R. Whitsett of Petersburg, TN; and her brothers, Eric Peary of Columbia, TN and Mark Peary of Unionville, TN..
