She was predeceased by: her parents, King David and Charlsie Scott Lee; her husband Robert Monroe; her son Eugene "Rollo" Polk; and her siblings, Dan Lee, C. P. Lee and Nellie Resmondo.
She is survived by: her sister Sylvia Robertson of Ardmore, TN; and her grandchildren, Kelly McComb (Mike) of Petersburg, Nathan Polk (Shannon) of Culleoka, Jason Polk (Wendy) of Cornersville and Tom Polk (Tara) of Cornersville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
