He is survived by: his wife Brenda Haislip of Petersburg, TN; his children, Mandy Reed (Thomas West) of Petersburg, TN and Jeremy'J. D.' Haislip (Angie) of Petersburg, TN; and his siblings, Glaphrey Haislip of Petersburg, Deborah Brown (Ronnie) of Petersburg, Zeldra Buchanan of Howell, TN, Sherry McCue (Tom) of Petersburg, TN, Gary Haislip (Marilyn) of Petersburg, TN and Tommy Haislip of Petersburg, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
