He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jett and Mamie Katherine Griffis Jett; and his siblings, Richard, George Jett, Ella Mae Jordon and Kathleen LeMay.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Jett Jr. of Belfast and Amanda Jett of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Paul Jett of Belfast, David Jett of Farmington, Mary Jane of Lewisburg, Frances Doud of Farmington and Christine of Fayetteville, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Josh Jett, Destiny Jett, Cooper Willis and Sarah Katherine Willis.
