He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Bryan Patrick; his grandson Brandon Bradley; and his brother Dale Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Patrick; his sons, Brent Patrick (Nancy), Shane Wells (Shan) and Leon Wells (Tonya); his brother Harold Patrick; his grandchildren, BreAnne Pilkington, Matt Patrick, Dee Wells, Logan Warren and Cortney King; and his great grandchildren, Maklaine Taylor, Jaxton Pilkington and Sunny Kate King.
