He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Kohl; his brother Steven Kohl; his children, Elizabeth Lewis (Matt), Jeffrey Kohl (Rebecca), Emily Bradford (Joe), Cassie LeVasseur (Mark), Rachael Imlay (Josh), Nora Bagley (Garret), Seth Kohl, Grace Riggs (Nick) and Olivia Kohl; and his grandchildren, Marshall, Garrison, Temperance, Crockett, Nels, Oliver, Zach, Caitlin, Timothy, Addison, Anna, Charlotte, Jamison, Matthew, Madalynn, Ethan, Grayson and Hudson.
