He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanton Meeks and Clara Meeks (Haley); his son Jeffrey Warren Meeks; his stepchildren, Charlotte Arnold and Anthony Arnold; and his granddaughter Megan Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Meeks; his children, Angela Meeks and Shane Meeks (Carla); his grandchildren, Nathan, Alisha, Cody, Jason, Chadney, Jarod and Andrea; his great grandchildren, Caden, Carter, Charlotte, Blake, Xavier and Jaxson; and his sister Wanda Davidson (Martin).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (207 Mabee Ave, Monteagle, TN 37356). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
