She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Harris and Nannie Patrick Harris; her daughter Teresa Welsh; her granddaughter Amber Dawn Jones; and her siblings, Bonnie Nunley, Mollie Jo White and Don Harris.
She is survived by: her husband James Reffer Arp; her children, Lori Nolan, Ricky Arp (Pam), Sheila Fults, Terry Arp (Mandy), Greg Arp (Misty) and Bryan Scott Arp; and her siblings, Earline Argo, Gayle Stills, Patricia Sands and J. W. Harris. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
