He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ewell and Mary Elizabeth Medley (Yarbrough); his son Michael Clifton Medley; and his siblings, Pascal "Pack" Medley, Johnny "Shorty" Medley and Helen "Noody" Meeks.
He is survived by: his wife Drucilla Medley (Clay); his children, Anthony Lee "Tony" Medley (Lisa), John Daryl Medley (Holly) and Marcella Annette Wright (Jeff); his grandchildren, Tyler Clay, Allison Medley, John Dillon Medley (Amy), Billy Dalton Medley (Amy), Macy Caroline Gaddy (Brett), Jake Walker Wright, Katelyn Gracie Clark, Catherine Anne Howard and James Avery Howard; his great grandchildren, Sophia Lynne Crandall, Beau Michael Medley, William Brooks Medley and Billy Jamison Medley; and his sister Reeda Kaye Shelton (Larry). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (207 Mabee Ave, Monteagle, TN 37356). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pelham United Methodist Church (2440 TN-50, Pelham, TN 37366).
