Kathleen Van Wagenen wrote a sympathy message

“On Thanksgiving Day, 1982, I was a new graduate RN working in the O.R. with Dot and several others. Dot was funny, kind, warm, caring and taught me to scrub procedures with skill. She also invited me for Thanksgiving dinner that evening. Unfortunately, I was so tired I had to decline. I really enjoyed learning from her . The world was a better place with Dot. My heartfelt condolences to the family, prayers and love to you. Kathleen Laman Van Wagenen, RN, CRNA, Pearland, TX”
