She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Eugene Faulk; her siblings, David Fowler and Nancy Pagel; and her parents, John William and Mary Madgalene Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Niki Faulk; her grandsons, Noah Faulk, Matthew Faulk, Little Jeremy Faulk and Robert Faulk; her close friend Cathy Nelson; her siblings, Johnny W. Fowler, Jr. and Sherry Fowler (John); and her niece Jessica Fowler (Pagel). She is also survived by numerous cousins, family and friend.
