It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Lynn Adams of Pegram, Tennessee, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred William Pirtle, Jr. and Sylvia Mae Tidwell Pirtle; and her siblings, Wanda Pirtle, Judy Pirtle and Ronnie Pirtle.

She is survived by: her husband Scotty George Adams; her children, Julie Berkon (Brian) and Scott Adams; her grandchildren, Zachary Berkon, Andrew Berkon, Jacob Berkon, Nathan Berkon, Hayley Adams, Madison Adams and Nicolas Adams; and her brother Fank Pirtle (Wanda). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.

Her kidneys were donated and now live in individuals in Florida; she also gave the gift of sight with her corneas as well as other tissue donations.
