With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn K Chapman of Pegram, Tennessee, born in Paris, Tennessee, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Timothy R. Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Louis Chapman; her children, Stephen Chapman (Sherry), Jennifer Chapman Kaufman (Phillip) and David Chapman (Diane); and her granddaughters, Misty Heitman (Michael), Carrie Adams and Rachael Mahan. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
