Betty W. Cook Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty W. Cook of Pegram, Tennessee, born in Lewisville, Arkansas, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald; and her parents, Peter A. Warren and Pauline A. Warren. She is survived by: her son James (Hannah); her grandsons, Aden and Sam of Pegram, TN; her son Ron (Mary) of Bossier City, LA; and her grandson Zach of Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made in Betty's name to the Dementia Society of America or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
