He is survived by: his wife Julia Tanner; his children, Dana Massey, Carol Werner (Helmet Werner) and Chuck Burks (Lorrye Burks); his brother Key Tanner (Gene Tanner); and his grandchildren, Ashley Burtis (Shane Burtis), Austin Greene (Rochelle Greene), Scott Burks (Rachel Burks), Kelsey Kirk (Alex Kirk), Marshall Greene (Jessica Greene), Chris Cook and Rayanna Devore.
