He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean "Nean" Hill; his parents, Bird Hill and Birtie Hill; his sons, Mark Hill and Lynn Hill; and his siblings, Leo Hill, Cleo Hill, Thearl Glastetter, Rettie Dunkle, Lillian Austin, Faye Hill and Delta Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hill (Julie) of Parsons, TN and Vickie Bailey of Parsons, TN; his grandchildren, Andrea Bond of Parsons, TN, Misty Kousky of Medina, TN, Chanclyn Rushing of Camden, TN and Summer Holt of Knoxville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Elijah, Kinsley, Mason, Illa, Hendrix, Jo, Rico and Jazzlyn.
