He is survived by: his wife Belinda Rainey of Parsons, TN; his parent Maria Rainey of Parsons, TN; his daughter Amanda Leeper (Van) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, William Van Leeper and Emerson Louise Leeper; his brother Dexter Rainey (Ginger) of Parsons, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Redden of Darden, TN and Shane Webster (Vicky) of Lobelville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
