It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otha Keith Smith Jr. of Parsons, Tennessee, born in Collinwood, Tennessee, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Keith and Mary Fannie Shipman Smith; his wife Jo Ann Martin; his son Otha Keith Smith III; and his siblings, W. C. Smith, Melvin Smith (Pill) and Ruth Hanback.
He is survived by: his son Bryan Smith (Ann) of Parsons, TN; his granddaughters, Amanda Rea (Charlie) and Ashley Smith (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Blakelynn, Jo Anna, Anna Claire, Harper, Remington and Brycen; and his siblings, David Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN and Margaret Daniel of Collinwood, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to the Collinwood American Legion Post 254 or the Butterfly Foundation.
