He is survived by: his wife Freda Smith of Parsons, TN; his children, Shannon Smith (Allyson) of Memphis, TN and Hope Pulley of Lexington, TN; his brother Mike Smith of Lexington, TN; and his grandchildren, Ella Pulley, Roman Smith, Aiden Smith and Elizabeth Smith.
