She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dewey Epperson and Clifton Monroe; her parents, Addie Bates and Roney Bates; her siblings, Woodrow Bates, Neville Bates, Nathan Bates, Nell Churchwell, Willie Mae Churchwell and Sue Milam Podjorski; and her great grandchild Benjamin Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Walker (John) of Parsons, TN, Jackie Warpool, Carl Epperson of Parsons, TN, Roy Epperson (Robbin) of Hendersonville, TN, Tommy Epperson of Jackson, TN, Toby Warpool, Randy Warpool and Stevie Warpool; and her grandchildren, Nicole Woodall (James), Amanda Troyani (Mike), Darrell Epperson (Cari), Crystal Bates (Mike), Megan Herjeczki (Adam), Sharee Richardson, Renee Hewgley and Kim Williams. She is also survived by 20 Great Grandchildren; 11 Great Great Grandchildren.
