She was predeceased by: her parents, James Logan Tinker and Jewel Houston Tinker; her sister Diane Tinker O'Cain; and her nephew Sean Barry O'Cain. She is survived by: her husband Robert Watkins, Sr. (Bob); her children, April Barrett (Greg), Robert Watkins (Sarah), John Watkins (Natalie) and Gregory Watkins; her grandchildren, Logan Watkins, Ivey Watkins, Peyton Watkins, Erin Watkins, Rachel Watkins and Sean Watkins; her stepgrandchildren, Rylan Kennedy, Dawson Dyer, Nolan Dyer and Rylie Dyer; her nieces, Dr. Heather O'Cain Donato (Robert A.) and Caroline Donato; and her nephew Houston Donato.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Parsons Mortuary (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
