He is survived by: his sons, Allen Maxwell (Laken) of Parsons, TN, Scott Maxwell (Jenna) of Decaturville, TN and John Maxwell (Mandy) of Franklin, TN; his sister Kay Mills of Parsons, TN; and his grandchildren, Ansley Maxwell, Cody Brasher, Presley Maxwell, Mason Maxwell, Austin Maxwell and Tate Maxwell.
