He is survived by: his wife Sandy Addison of Parsons, TN; his mother Peggy Bingham of Parsons, TN; his daughter Dawn Addison of Parsons, TN; his siblings, Bob Addison of Utah, Mary Green of Wildersville, TN and Kathy Silva of Covington, GA; and his grandchildren, Cole Chastain, Kayla Bradley and Branna Bradley.
