He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Nichols; his parents, Jo Edna and Henry Nichols; his children, Marsha Nichols, Regina Broadway and Danny Pearcy; and his siblings, Guy Nichols, Murry Nichols, Danny Nichols, Sallie Russell and Louise Bolton.
He is survived by: his son Bart Blankenship (Misty) of Parsons, TN; his close friend Peggy Scott of Decaturville, TN; his grandchildren, Shelton Herndon, Houston Crafton, Chasity Blankenship, Coty Mac Blankenship, Callan Blankenship, Daniel Pearcy and Delicia Robbins; and his great grandchildren, Kota Herndon, Conner Mac Blankenship, Jameson, Jacob Pearcy, Hanna Pearcy, Arbrey Pearcy and Trey Hobson.
