He was predeceased by: his parents, James Loyce Blackwell and Hazel Cottrell Blackwell; and his brother Bryan Blackwell. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Don Blackwell (Jennifer) of Sardis, TN. and Sabrina Blackwell of Parsons, TN.; his siblings, Larry Blackwell (Alice) of Parsons, TN. and Debbie Goodman; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Stephens, Jillian Blackwell, Chaslin Capley, Raleigh Blackwell, Sara Stephens, Zeke Blackwell, Adyson Stephens and Eli Capley.
