He was predeceased by: his former wife LaWanda Blowers; his parents, Edward Blowers and Georgia Blowers; his sister Carolyn Ellis (Darrell); and his brother-in-law Johnny Huck.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Williams Blowers; his children, Jim Blowers (Tricia) of Tullahoma, TN, Pam Helms (Rob) of Lexington and Bridget Whitlock (Brent) of Morrison, TN; his stepson Andrew Scates of Spring Hill, TN; his sister Mary Sue Huck of Portageville, MO; his grandchildren, Michael Robinson, Ben Blowers, Will Reagan (Selena), Kailee and Marlee Whitlock; his stepgrandchildren, Brandi Phillips, Holli Buck (Jody) and Heath Helms (Meghan); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan, Max Phillips, Hollis, Holden Helms and Walt Buck.
