He is survived by: his wife Mary Higginbotham of Parsons, TN.; his son Bill Higginbotham, Jr. (Mepsene) of Katy, TX; his stepsons, Jonathan Redden (Lisbeth) and Nathaniel Shane Redden (Kelly) of Nashville, TN.; his daughter Tina Simien of Bay Town, TX; his stepdaughter Teresa Jaquess (Mike) of Memphis, TN.; his brother Wayne Higginbotham (Betty); his grandchildren, Steven, Elijah Higginbotham, Destiny Dick and Alvin Simien; and his stepgrandchildren, Robert, Andrew, Katie, Emily, Justin, Chris and Noah.
