She is survived by: her spouse Max M. Kawolsky; her daughter Judy Daniel (Robie) of Parsons, TN; her grandchildren, Terry Lutes of Creve Coeur and Tracy Vanderheydt of Pekin; her great grandchild Lakin Vanderheydt (Austin May) of East Peoria; and her great great grandchild Avery May. She is also survived by her parents and two sisters.
