She is survived by: her husband Ted Shelton; her children, Teddy Shelton of Parrottsville and Peggy Ottinger (Robert) of Parrottsville; her siblings, Clyde Ottinger (Nadine) of Greeneville and Ila Ruth Lafollette of Greeneville; her sisters-in-law, Betty Ottinger of Parrottsville and Lou Ella Hensley; and her grandchildren, Heather Ingram (Ethan) of Greeneville and Robbie Ottinger of Parrottsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
