He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Elizabeth Hogan and William David "W. D." Hogan; his former wife Betty Ann Boyd; and his sister Nancy Abel. He is survived by: his children, Angie Renee Hogan (Kevin McFadden) and Kent Win Hogan (Whitney); his grandson Carter Win Hogan; his pet Winnie; his brother David Miller Hogan (Betty); his siblings-in-law, Linda Wice (Jason) and Don Shell (Debbie); and his nephews, Allen Cowan, Chris Cowan, Tommy Hogan, Garrett Shell and Joshua Wice.
