He is survived by: his children, Lydia Smith (Jon Renner) of Parrottsville, Cody Sams of Parrottsville and Tommy Sams Jr. of Newport; his grandchildren, Austin Renner of Parrottsville, Braxtyn Sams of Newport, Bryson Sams of Newport, Koda Sams and Lourdes Sams; and his siblings, Wanda Phillips, Shirley Holt, Jane Collins, Johnny Sams of Parrottsville, Jimmy Costner of Parrottsville and Sammy Costner of Parrottsville. He is also survived by several half sisters, half brothers, nieces including special niece.
