He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Gayle Ottinger Shelton. He is survived by: his children, Teddy Shelton of Parrottsville and Peggy Ottinger (Robert) of Parrottsville; his grandchildren, Robbie Ottinger of Parrottsville and Heather Ingram (Ethan) of Greeneville; his great grandchild Elody Ingram; his sister Sheba Jean Smith (Joe) of Greeneville; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Ottinger of Parrottsville and Clyde (Nadine Ottinger). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
