He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and Sarah Jane Smith; and his sister Nona Wyatt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; his daughter Sarah Bell Smith; his brother Michael Smith of Parrottsville; his nephew Skylar Lowe of Bybee; and his cousins, Sheila Carroll of Mooresburg, Jane McGaha of Newport, Glen of Newport and Sheila Holt of Newport.
In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending service, Costner-Maloy strongly encourages that all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Costner-Maloy to help cover the final expense.
