She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Ottinger; her parents, Willie Talley and Minnie Fox Talley; and her half-siblings, Charlise Talley Kline, Ellen Talley Vick and Kyle Talley.

She is survived by: her half-brother C. W. Talley of Knoxville.
