He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Blazer and Edith Blazer; his parents-in-law, Albert and Opal Hill; his siblings, Braudus Blazer, L. V. Blazer, Patsy Blazer and Nedra Ottinger; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Willis, Eliza Coggins and Larry Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Blazer of Parrottsville; his daughter Christie Ramsey (Willie) of Parrottsville; his grandchildren, Jarrett Ramsey (Sadie) of Newport and Abigail Hooper (Samuel) of Parrottsville; his siblings, Norman Blazer of Parrottsville, Randy Blazer of Parrottsville, Ray Blazer of Parrottsville, Harold Blazer (Peggy) of Cosby, Brenda Ellis (Jerry) of Newport and Reba Dean Rhodes of Burlington, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Willis of Del Rio, Leroy Hill (Marjorie) of Hartford, Love Ball (Charles) of Newport and Joyce Hill of Hartford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
