He is survived by: his wife Janie Cline Ottinger of Parrottsville; his daughter Haley Ottinger Gentry (Eathan); his granddaughter Ellie Jane Gentry of Jefferson City, TN; his son Brad Ottinger (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Breanna Ottinger, Braden Ottinger, Brent Ottinger and Bailee Ottinger of Jacksonville, NC; his niece Rexanna Ellison (Ben); and his pets, Molly and Roxy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salem Lutheran Church.
