She was predeceased by: her husband Castor Ottinger; her parents, Estel Blazer and Edith Blazer; her siblings, Braudus, L. V. Blazer and Patsy Blazer; and her son-in-law Wally Coggins.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Coggins of Parrottsville; her siblings, Ray Blazer of Parrottsville, Harold Blazer (Peggy) of Cosby, Norman Blazer of Parrottsville, Ronnie Blazer (Linda) of Parrottsville, Randy Blazer of Parrrottsville, Reba Dean Rhodes of Burlington, NC and Brenda Ellis (Jerry) of Newport; and her grandchildren, Jerod Ottinger (Wendy) of Parrottsville, Brittany Coggins of Brentwood, TN and Christopher Ball of Parrottsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
