He is survived by: his wife Teresa Gail Proffitt of Parrottsville; his mother Gaynell Proffitt of Newport; his sons, Caleb Proffitt (Jaycie) of Parrottsville and Noah Proffitt of Parrottsville; his granddaughter Scarlet Grace Proffitt; his son Joseph Ledford of Parrottsville; his brother Randy Proffitt (Kelly) of Dandridge; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Velma Fox. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and other family and friends.
