We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2021, at the age of 103, Marie Beulah Ottinger of Parrottsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Ottinger; her parents, Eugene Smelcer and Rhoda Smelcer; and her siblings, JD, Bill Smelcer and Alice Rader (Grady).
She is survived by: her nephews, Cauley Smelcer, Chris Smelcer (Elizabeth) and Johnny Rader (Laura Mae); her great-nephews, Samuel Smelcer, Josh Smelcer (Ashley) and Kriston Ramsey; her sister-in-law Eldise Smelcer; her close friends, David, Sarah Kenny, Jenny Birdwell, Carol Brace, Nancy Johnson, Lana, Charlie Williams, Tabitha Newsome and Tracy Colemon; and also, Blake Smelcer and Joseph Smelcer.
