Marcus Ray Nease Obituary

The memory of Marcus Ray Nease of Parrottsville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Neas and Fern Neas (Stephenson); his wife Mary Nease (Blazer); and his siblings, Pat Sparks, Frances Hammer and Charles Nease.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Nease (Angela), Mona Thomas (Jim) of Parrottsville and Mark Nease of Corryton; his grandchildren, Adam Sizemore (Emma), Steven Nease (Ashton) and Megan Helton; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Madison and Wyatt.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church (3001 Salem Rd, Parrottsville, TN 37843). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Salem Lutheran Church general fund.
