She was predeceased by: her husband Loyd Ottinger; her parents, Flonnis Cutshaw and Effie Cutshaw; and her siblings, Eugene Cutshaw, Roy Cutshaw, Raymond Cutshaw and Zetty Rader.
She is survived by: her close friend Dennis Chrisman of Parrottsville; her daughter Virginia Bell (Jeffery) of Bybee; her grandsons, Ronnie S. Brockwell of Parrottsville and Jacob Bell (Keli) of Bybee; her great grandchild Westin Bell of Bybee; her sisters, Charlotte Ross of Chuckey, TN, Patsy Rice of Greeneville, TN and Diane Ottinger of Rogersville, TN.; and her caregiver Sarah Hagan of Parrottsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
