He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Stone and Catherine Stone; and his siblings, Charles Stone and Deloris Barber. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Stone of Parrottsville; his children, Gilbert Logan Stone (Ginger) of Clinton, NC and Kimberly Stone of Greeneville, TN; his grandchildren, Chrystal Coffey of Strawberry Plains, TN, Eric Caviness of Cosby, TN, Hailee Stone of Clinton, NC, Kirk Stone of Wichita, KS and Taniya Alford of Clinton, NC; his great grandchildren, Harmony Stone, Avery Stone, Ayres Stone, Cameron Lee, Weylyn Malone, Grayson Coffey, Austin Coffey and Bailey Coffey; his sister-in-law Nora Stone of Rockingham, NC; and his cousin Buster Hatcher Chief.
