With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Thomas Blake of Parrottsville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 13, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blake and Ouida Carmichael Blake; his brother Leonard Lamar Rich; and his brothers-in-law, Dorsey Stephen Finney, Forrest Poff and James Brightwell.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Finney Blake; his daughters, Michelle Ann Blake-Collins (Thomas) and Kerry Lynn Blake; his stepsons, Scott Murphy (Kimberly) and Robert Whiteley (Allyson); his grandchildren, Owen Collins, Ruby Collins, Trinity Spencer, Dancia Murphy, Collin Murphy and Zachary Whitely; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Poff and Gloria Brightwell. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Organization in loving memory of Jerry.
