He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Johnson; his sister Susan Glaser; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy Cline and Nancy Cline. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Johnson; his son Seth Johnson of Parrottsville; his mother Anna Ruth Holt Dean of Newport; and his siblings, Brad Johnson (Sheri) of Newport, Dennis Johnson (Karen) of Parrottsville and Kim Williams of Newport. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
